Yes! You can use the code at checkout to get 10% off your entire order.
Where can I find my invoice?
Invoices are not sent in paper form to save the environment. You can download your digital invoice directly from your account on crowntoys.shop or request one via our customer support.
02. Shipping & Worldwide Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping, with a primary focus on the United Kingdom and Europe (France, Germany, etc.).
How long will it take to receive my order?
As we source our premium collections directly from international partners to give you the best price, delivery typically takes 7–24 business days. The estimated shipping day is always indicated on your order confirmation.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your Crown Toys journey in real-time.
03. Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once the item is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled.
What is your return policy?
We comply with UK and EU consumer laws, offering a 14-day return window. Please note that for a return to be accepted, the toy must be in its original, unopened packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our designated international warehouse.
